An Update on the Registration Process

Using the registration link provided above, parents and caregivers can create their Campintouch account to fill out and submit camper applications. After the application is submitted, our team will contact you to complete a “camper intake”, where you can ask lingering questions and share specific information about your camper’s care. After completing the intake, the camper’s application will be marked as “registered” for the selected session.

We understand that this is a few additional steps for returning campers and their families, but we would like to take the extra time to ensure we’ve accurately reviewed each camper’s application. Intake calls for returning campers should only take a few minutes!

We have also added a non-refundable $30 registration fee. This fee helps us cover the costs of administration in the months leading up to our summer season and is required for all registrations, including those covered by regional center.

Supplemental Forms and Waivers

Supplemental Forms and Waivers can be accessed through your Campintouch account and are must be returned at least two weeks prior to the start of each session.

Required Waivers and Forms
  • Health History
  • Physician’s Examination Form*
  • Medical Authorization and Legal Release Form 2025
  • Personal Care Form

*The Physician’s Examination Form must be filled out by a liscensed physician. All medications, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements MUST be signed off by a physican. Any unauthorized medication will not be accepted at check-in and may result in the campers inability to attend the session.
